Private Yoga & Group Yoga Classes

  • Partner Thai Massage Workshop

Thai Massage is an ancient form of bodywork that involves moving the recipient into ‘yoga-like’ postures, then compressing and stretching fascia and muscle groups. This work invites you to be a tuned to your breath, feel the flow of movement in working, find how to address the needs of the recipient and releases. You’ll learn a basic, abbreviated Thai massage sequence on each other.

  • Flow Yoga

With breath-guided movements, we will move through sequences to help mobilize muscles and joints and strengthen/ balance opposing muscle groups.  Inspired by the teachings of Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow training, this is an alignment-based, elemental/chakra free form expression of the asanas that will make you feel loose and open.

  • Restore Yoga + Nidra

This relaxing, meditative class focuses on breathing through your body in “3 pulse waves” before settling into long-held poses.  Optional hands-on assists will bring you deeper into the poses and letting go. Also inspired by Shiva Rea’s lunar, soma trainings.

  • Yoga for Cyclists Workshop

In this workshop, we will cover the typical body aches, weaknesses and immobility cyclists encounter and how yoga asanas can help resolve these issues. You will learn some sequences to do pre-ride and post-ride to open up and balance muscle groups. Breath-guided movements assist awareness in opening and releasing tight areas.
